Signature Journal combines local wrapper records with existing signing logs. It displays program, artifact, time, verification result, and SHA-256 plus charts with a separate stable colour for every program.
Local wrapper capture needs no Azure Diagnostic Settings and therefore adds no Azure journal-export cost.

Downloads and this website contain no concrete Azure configuration, account or profile names, tokens, passwords, client secrets, or device codes. Each user connects their own Artifact Signing account and stores the three required identifiers locally in the app.
