Compare NEOCP and PCCP tracklets with satellite orbits
The monitor reads new MPC observations and checks whether their positions, speed and direction fit a known artificial-object orbit.
Download
Download Windows setupDownload CLI executableWindows 10/11, x64. A local ArtSat data source is required. The setup adds Start Menu and desktop shortcuts.
New observations
One run reads the current NEOCP/PCCP list and OBS80 observations. The watch command repeats every 57 minutes while it is running.
Orbit comparison
JPL Horizons and local ArtSat trajectories provide topocentric predicted positions, residuals, speed and direction.
Reviewable evidence
Multiple positions and measured motion must fit a candidate orbit. The thresholds are operational starting values, not a calibrated probability.
Results
Read the case reports and download the ArtSat data snapshots. No identification is sent automatically to the MPC.
