These notes concern the static download website for Occultation To NINA, the downloadable Windows executable and contact in support or issue-report matters.

2. Hosting and server log files
When the website is accessed, the web server regularly processes technical connection data, such as IP address, date and time of access, requested file, transferred amount of data, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.
- Purpose: website delivery, technical security, error analysis and abuse detection
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
- Recipient: strato.de
- Storage period: 60 days
- The IP address is stored anonymized by strato.de.
3. Downloads
Downloading the EXE creates the same technical access data as opening the page.
4. Local application
The application processes Discord HTML exports, TXT files and NINA JSON files locally on your computer. It can write generated daily JSON files to the configured Dropbox folder. These local files are not automatically transferred to the operator.

If you contact me by email or post, your information is processed to handle the request and possible follow-up questions.
